I waited Monday night for our web conference but Dr. Abernathy never showed up. Later I found out through an email from Dawn that Dr. Abernathy was having Internet troubles. While we all LOVE technology, sometimes it can also be a pain!! = ) The web conference was then changed to Tuesday night. Going into this web conference I was very confused about our podcast assignment. I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be audio and video or just audio. It was reassuring to see a lot of other students with the same questions. Dr. Abernathy as always was very encouraging and positive and made us all feel better about this assignment. I felt this web conference was very informative and helped me get on track for my week 2 assignment. I worked really hard on that assignment, and come to find out it would not be graded because of a mismatched rubric in Epic. This was very disappointing as week 2's assignment as very time consuming, and I put a ton of effort in to it. I would have really liked to seen my grade for this assignment.

- I am a Sam Houston State University Alumna: Eat 'Em Up Kats! I am also a Zeta Tau Alpha Alumna. This is my 2nd year to teach 1st grade in Keller ISD and I absolutely LOVE it! I am now getting my masters in Education Technology Instruction and am excited to integrate everything I learn into my own classroom and life. I have a boyfriend of 5+ years who is a teacher/coach. We are both huge football and sports fans in general. Loving life and grateful for all the blessings God has guided me to and through.
